Graham was known as a foreign policy hawk, advocating for military intervention and recently supporting sanctions against Russia while promoting assistance for Ukraine. Meanwhile, as per AP , under South Carolina law, Republican Governor Henry McMaster will appoint an interim replacement to fill Graham's Senate seat.
